PROMOTER JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a major player in the FMCG Industry based in Lagos, is looking to hire exceptional talents and purpose-driven Promoters.
JOB LOCATIONS: All towns and cities across Nigeria
JOB TYPE: Full time
The successful candidate would be charged with the responsibility of demonstrating the features of product to an audience or client. You will be charged with the responsibility of also ensuring that you show clients how product works, take questions and ensure that the products are bought.
- Provide all the needed information on promoted products and services
- Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
- Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options and invite them to upcoming events
- Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
- Present products using interactive materials such as videos, charts, slideshows etc.
- Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
- Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
- Disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc.
- Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs
- Submit daily sales report to line manager.
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
- Attention to details
- Good with office tools
- First degree in any Social Science related field
- Passion for Sales and Marketing
- Previous work experience in related industry will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Promoter
- Proven track record of successful promotions
- Professional certification will be an added advantage
