JOB SUMMARY

The Direct Sales Agent will be a client relationship officer in charge of creating and managing key business accounts in designated locations.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Sell the products and services of the company in an effective manner
  • Develops new businesses in designated areas
  • Manages existing client portfolio
  • Proactively seeks out new areas for business expansion
  • Ensures that all sales targets are met
  • Resolution of clients complaints in a diplomatic and orderly manner
  • Sends in weekly reports to the sales coordinator
  • Proper documentation of all sales activities
  • Development of sales strategies to enhance business performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of first degree in any social science discipline.
  • Work experience in a similar job role is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Persuasive selling skills and objection handling
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
