The Direct Sales Agent will be a client relationship officer in charge of creating and managing key business accounts in designated locations.
- Sell the products and services of the company in an effective manner
- Develops new businesses in designated areas
- Manages existing client portfolio
- Proactively seeks out new areas for business expansion
- Ensures that all sales targets are met
- Resolution of clients complaints in a diplomatic and orderly manner
- Sends in weekly reports to the sales coordinator
- Proper documentation of all sales activities
- Development of sales strategies to enhance business performance
- Minimum of first degree in any social science discipline.
- Work experience in a similar job role is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Persuasive selling skills and objection handling
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
