SALES COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Organisation is looking for  a Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team to ensure the prompt achievement of all sales deliverables.

JOB LOCATION: All states in Nigeria.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the Sales team and drive performance to achieve all sales targets
  • Monitor the progress of the team, identify lapses and recommend viable solutions.
  • Ensure a maximum client relationship management
  • Resolve escalated issues in a professional manner
  • Identify and recommend sales strategies to enhance the sales processes
  • Ensure that the Sales team have all necessary support materials needed to drive sales
  • Oversee the processing of all Sales orders and ensure that the optimal satisfaction of the clients
  • Collaboration with other departments to provide after support services to the clients.
  • Provide periodic progress reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • First degree in any social science discipline.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
