SALES COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Organisation is looking for a Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team to ensure the prompt achievement of all sales deliverables.
JOB LOCATION: All states in Nigeria.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
- Coordinate the Sales team and drive performance to achieve all sales targets
- Monitor the progress of the team, identify lapses and recommend viable solutions.
- Ensure a maximum client relationship management
- Resolve escalated issues in a professional manner
- Identify and recommend sales strategies to enhance the sales processes
- Ensure that the Sales team have all necessary support materials needed to drive sales
- Oversee the processing of all Sales orders and ensure that the optimal satisfaction of the clients
- Collaboration with other departments to provide after support services to the clients.
- Provide periodic progress reports to management.
- First degree in any social science discipline.
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent team development and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
