SALES ENGINEERS JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is looking for a sales expert with an Engineering background who has expertise in selling technologically advanced and scientific products.
JOB LOCATIONS: Lagos.
JOB TYPE: Full time
- The sales of the product and services of the organization in an effective and efficient manner.
- Preparation of proposals, budgets, responding to RFPs and RFIs, bids and tender execution etc
- Provide after support services for the technical demands of the clients
- Preparation and delivery of presentations to all concerned stakeholders
- Perform market analysis, spot trends and provide analytical information to aid decision making
- Break down complex product procedures into easy steps understandable by the consumer
- Interpret sales data and present to management in a satisfactory manner
- Provide customized solutions to the client’s needs
- Ensure that sales targets are met
- Maintains technical and professional knowledge by attending seminars and workshops
- Ensuring compliance of the sales processes to the regulatory laws
- Proactively coming up with strategies and innovations to enhance the sales processes
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to management on product development
- First degree in any Engineering field.
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent business presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of programming.
- Ability to work with minimum amount of supervision
- Expertise in proposal, bids, development and execution
- Basic software knowledge
- Solid technical background
- Interpersonal skills
